WHA is a non-profit association which operates a range of low cost schemes to help its members with the everyday costs of staying healthy. There are a number of different cash benefits including optical care, dental treatment, physiotherapy, osteopathy and maternity. In addition there are cash benefits for each day spent in hospital as an inpatient and for attendances as a hospital outpatient.
Occupational Health - an occupational health service which includes on-site Well Employee clinic once a year and free flu injections.
Death in Service - The Group Death in Service plan provides payment of four-times annual salary to your named beneficiary if you die whilst employed by Williams Medical Supplies before attaining the normal retirement age.

Credit Union - the option of joining a Credit Union saving scheme and regular visits from the representative.
Company cars - For some roles a company car or car allowance is offered but for those not on this benefit we have a small fleet of cars which can be used for company business.
Parking - Free on-site parking for all employees.
Holiday - At least 24 days annual paid holidays, increasing to 25 days after one year's services, 26 days after two years and 27 days on completion of five year's service plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff).
School Starter Scheme - to allow you time off to ensure your child gets to nursery or school safely and settled in properly on their very first day.
Moving day - option to take one additional day's paid leave for moving house.
Gym - a fully equipped gym with treadmill, exercise bike, cross trainer, rowing machine etc. The gym is open 7 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday with showers and electrical points for hairdryers and shavers in the changing areas.
Reward and recognition - structured group-wide reward and recognition scheme based on company values together with ad hoc company rewards for exemplary service or ideas and innovation etc.
Incentives - there are regular team and individual incentives offered.
Long service awards - happy birthday cards and recognition at Town Halls for birthdays and work anniversaries. In addition we offer structured long service awards starting at five years' service.
Staff "shop" - staff discounts on products sold by the company.
Refreshments - free hot drinks tea, coffee, hot chocolate and soup, chilled filtered water, weekly deliveries of fresh fruit which is free to all staff. Snack vending machines and a sandwich machine provided for purchase in canteen/rest room. In addition there are kettles, microwaves and refrigerators for general use.
Fun events - such as celebrating the new financial year; an event for all staff. This usually takes the form of presentations, quizzes and lunch on site. An annual Christmas party or treats such as chocolate eggs at Easter or Welsh cakes on St David's day.
Internet café - a canteen area for breaks plus a relaxing sanctuary with soft seating where you can catch up with your colleagues, watch tv, play a game of darts or pool on our full sized pool table.
Free workwear and uniforms for some departments plus a corporate polo shirt to be worn on a Friday.
One hour early finish each week (pro-rata for part-time staff).
